Spend the afternoon biking through the beautiful Hudson Valley along a wonderful paved bike path that winds through the country and little towns along the way. Admire the first foliage of spring while you exercise, raise your heart rate and work your hips, thighs, buttocks, calves and entire lower body! We'll bike for approximately 3 hours round trip. This is a moderate bike ride (average pace of 10 mph) on a paved path with very mild grade and is a great ride for beginner to intermediate riders! (You will need to know how to ride a bike as there are no lessons given on this trip)
Afterward we'll stop for lunch at a local family owned Italian restaurant which has a wonderful selection of entrees and large portions of everything! They have fantastic seafood dishes, traditional Italian pastas and vegetarian options including a portobello salad!
Then we'll head to a wonderful local winery founded by an Italian family who imports their grapes from their family owned vineyard in...




Excellent trip, highly recommend as a great way to get away from the city for a day!
